FARMERS MARKET SCHEDULE

 

I have my heart healthy Texas Longhorn Beef. No chemicals etc. Grass-fed & Grass-finished. Hamburger is 96-98% lean from the Longhorns husband and I raise ourselves. USDA & FSIS Inspected.

I also have some "TOTAL EQUINE" feed with me. Let me know how many bags you need.

The Honey, Peanut Butter, Pecans and my Longhorn Beef are all local raised. The fruit jams, sweet pickles, chow chow, pickled beets, salsas are all made special for farmers markets.

NOTE: Fresh frozen LH Beef from our own cattle as of July 1st 2020..  
ONLY ground Hamburger 96-98% lean at this time from the whole animal. (I was very lucky my friend and partner let me use his processing spot or I would have been out of Beef until December. Many thanks Ray!)

9 a.m. to 5 p.m. "WHISTLE STOP TRADE DAYS AND FARMERS MARKET". Located at 1211 East 2nd Street. Contact Kimberly Britten Green at 806.206.6815 for further info. (the old auto dealership building next to the Vet Clinic). NOTE: This is the 1st FULL weekend of the month.

4:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. ALTUS  New Spot same parking lot... now between Walgreen's and the old Sears Store on the main drag.

SAYRE:
8 a.m. until Noon. ROUTE 66 FARMERS MARKET area at the old Sonic Drive Thru
then onto:

ELK CITY:
setting up across the street from Hutch's on the west side under the trees by the signal light at  form 2 pm until 6:30 pm.


CHILDRESS:
Across the street from the Old Walmart Store on Hwy 83 at the TWO RIVERS PECAN 10 AM TO 6 PM (940-475-0923)

My ground beef is 96-98% lean with no added hormones, implants, steroids etc. USDA & FSIS Inspected. Hubby and I have raised the Longhorns ourselves, we know what's not in it.

2020 is our 11th year at Altus Oklahoma Farmers Markets with our 12th year at Sayre, Oklahoma, our 9th year at Elk City, OK, 7th year at Childress, Texas.  

We are able to sell from our on site Ranch Office. Since we live in Texas you will not be having to pay Oklahoma taxes.

I do ask that you call my cell number (806-205-1235) to give me a heads up before you come. Reason being that Bill, my husband is having health issues and is no longer able to help if I happen to be gone.

Hours are from 10 am to sunset. (later if need be, but you need to give me advance notice please).

I will give directions on where we are located when you call to give me a heads up as to your approximate arrival.

Our  Registered TEXAS LONGHORN Herd has been "GRASS-FED" & "GRASS-FINISHED"

with No added Hormones/Antibiotics/Steriods/Grains/Cubes.

All our Longhorns are raised personally by my husband, Bill & I (Sandy) .

We are located in Collingsworth & Childress Counties of Texas, USA.

Our LH Beef products are either USDA or FSIS (Texas) Inspected.

We have McGhee's Honey Farms "Honey" & "Honey BBQ Sauce", & "Candied Jalepenos" in addition to their Honey line of products. ( Made in Oklahoma)



  • Altus, Oklahoma (will set up at the same Farmers Market area between the Walgreens at Main and Falcon Road from 4 pm till sunset.)
  • Sayre Oklahoma (will set up at the same Farmers Market area at the Old Sonic Drive Thru)
  • Elk City, Oklahoma (will set up from 2 pm till 7:30 pm = summer hours only)  Across the street from Hutch's on the west side on business old Hwy 66. 
  • Childress, Texas  (new spot~~ across the street from the Old Walmart Store at the TWO RIVERS PECAN.)

 

 

Our own grass fed and grass finished LH Beef has been processed and certified at a USDA or a Texas FSIS plant(s) that processes only our own animals at the time that we bring them in, so you are assured that our beef has NOT been co-mingled with others.



I will also have with me some "TOTAL EQUINE" feed as seen on RFD-TV (by Dr. Harry Anderson) as we are a stocking dealer. But you need to let me know how much of that to bring with me...



This is a TOTAL Feed, which means it is a nutritionally balanced so you don't need to add supplements.

 

We have used this feed since 2003 and we won't try any other feed again.
